VAUHTI CLEAN & GLIDE FLUOR FREE 100ml

VAUHTI CLEAN & GLIDE FLUOR FREE is an effective cleaning and maintenance agent for ski glide zones, especially after skiing on dirty old or artificial snow tracks (minimum 5 km). It is strongly recommended before applying a new layer of glide wax – just as a bicycle chain should be cleaned before re-lubrication. A clean ski base ensures optimal bonding and performance of the new wax.

The product primarily removes dirt rather than wax absorbed in the pores of the base, so it can be considered a conditional wax remover. It leaves a light protective layer that repels dirt and improves the adhesion of subsequently applied glide wax. For children’s skis that are not hot-waxed or used only for short distances on heavily used artificial snow tracks, this treatment alone may be sufficient. On very dirty tracks, adding new wax is not always recommended, as wax can attract additional dirt to the base.

Instructions: Shake well. Apply to a polishing cloth and wipe the ski base clean. After 1–2 minutes, brush with a nylon brush.
