The Fizik TERRA ARTICA GTX is a waterproof, breathable and insulated winter mountain bike shoe designed for cold-weather MTB and gravel riding. The GORE-TEX Insulated Koala membrane protects the feet from rain, snow, road spray and cold wind while allowing internal moisture to escape.
A soft fleece lining provides additional warmth and comfort in cold conditions. The high-density polyurethane upper is combined with durable ripstop fabric to resist abrasion, tearing and contact with rocks, branches and other trail obstacles.
The BOA® L6 D Fit closure system allows the fit to be adjusted quickly and precisely. The dial distributes closure pressure evenly across the foot, providing a stable and comfortable fit during longer rides. The system is also easy to open and adjust in winter conditions.
The X5 outsole combines a nylon construction with grippy rubber treads. Its stiffness index of 5 provides a balanced combination of efficient pedalling performance and the flexibility needed when walking. The rubber tread delivers dependable traction on wet, slippery and uneven surfaces.
