Shimano GRX RD-RX822 SGS is a 1x12-speed rear derailleur designed for gravel and cyclocross bikes, delivering smooth and reliable shifting on mixed and rough surfaces. The SGS long-cage version is compatible with 10-51T 12-speed cassettes.
SHIMANO SHADOW RD+ technology uses an adjustable chain stabilizer to reduce chain slap and help prevent chain drops. The ON/OFF stabilizer switch allows the system to be adjusted to suit different terrain, while gravel-tuned clutch tension keeps the chain controlled on rough roads.
The SGS derailleur cage is replaceable, and the derailleur is compatible with current Shimano road DUAL CONTROL LEVER controls. This is an OEM product supplied without retail packaging.
