The Shimano Nexus SG-C3001-7R is a dependable 7-speed internal gear rear hub designed for both conventional and electric bicycles. Its improved internal gear mechanism provides smoother engagement and precise shifting for comfortable everyday riding and commuting.
The aluminium hub shell combines durability with a practical lightweight construction. The seven internal gears provide a 244% total gear range, offering useful ratios for relaxed riding, city traffic and moderate climbs. The 36 spoke holes allow the hub to be built into a strong and durable rear wheel.
The SG-C3001-7R is designed for Shimano INTER-M Roller Brake systems and is compatible with BR-C3010 and BR-C3000 brakes. Its enclosed internal gearing protects the shifting mechanism from external conditions and helps reduce routine maintenance compared with exposed derailleur systems.
