The Shimano Deore XT BR-M8100 is a hydraulic 2-piston brake caliper designed for both front and rear use with a Post Mount interface. Developed for XC and marathon riders, it delivers lightweight, precise and reliable braking performance on technical trails and race courses.

For nearly three decades, the DEORE XT name has set the benchmark for mountain bikers worldwide, combining trail-proven durability, reliability and powerful braking. The 2-piston design provides efficient and well-modulated stopping power while keeping weight low – ideal for performance-oriented riders.

The one-way bleeding system simplifies maintenance, while the banjo hose connection ensures clean and optimized hose routing. Supplied with G03A resin brake pads, the caliper offers quiet, smooth braking and excellent control across various riding conditions.
