Sponser Magnesium 375 is an effective food supplement containing 375 mg of magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate per ampoule, which is highly absorbable. The added Vitamin B6 promotes magnesium absorption and helps reduce fatigue, and also plays a role in the immune and nervous system functions.
Sponser Magnesium 375 supports energy metabolism and muscle function, making it suitable for practitioners of all sports.
Usage: Take 1 ampoule per day, preferably before bedtime. Before a known long and strenuous competition, you can start a preventive magnesium course 3-4 days in advance, taking 1 ampoule every evening. On the day of the competition, take 1 ampoule before the competition or at the onset of the first signs of cramps, or immediately after the competition for recovery.
