Ski Pole Glue REX POLE BASKET GLUE 45 g

REX Pole Basket Glue is a dedicated adhesive for fixing ski pole baskets and handles. It is widely used by recreational skiers and professional athletes alike.

The glue comes in a familiar aluminium can used for kick waxes, allowing safe and easy heating. Its elastic and soft consistency ensures a strong bond that can still be adjusted or removed if needed.

To use, remove the lid and heat the can with a heat gun, powerful hair dryer, hot water or stove. Make sure the can remains upright and the surface underneath can withstand heat.

Once the glue has melted, briefly dip the end of the pole shaft into the glue and quickly push the basket, tip or handle onto the shaft before the glue hardens. Usually, dipping about 1 cm of the shaft is sufficient.

Caution: the hot can and melted glue can cause burns. The label may also be damaged by heat. The glue hardens as it cools, securing the component firmly.
