A lightweight, fast performance skate ski featuring Race Carbon Construction and aerodynamic V-shape sidecut for powerful acceleration and smooth control. The Nomex Featherlight core minimizes weight while maintaining stiffness, and the BI 5000 base with World Cup grinding delivers exceptional glide in all snow conditions.
This model is a more affordable version of the top-end S9 Carbon, with nearly identical weight but a different carbon ratio and base material. The Atomic/Salomon UNI base performs best on natural snow between –5...–10 °C, while the PLUS base excels on wet or artificial snow (–2...–5 °C).
The set includes the PROLINK SHIFT-IN SKATE binding (NNN compatible), adjustable on the fly to fine-tune ski behavior – an advantage over the fixed Fischer/Rossignol IFP systems.
