Calcium and magnesium are mineral nutrients that are essential for many life functions in the human organism. They have a substantial portion in the forming of the inorganic substance of bones and teeth. Particularly with sports, the body loses considerable amounts of minerals such as calcium and magnesium which should be replaced. Each tablet contains 300 mg calciumcarbonat and 200 mg magnesium carbonate, equivalent to 120 mg calcium and 50 mg magnesium. 1.25 µg vitamin D3 contributes towards the absorption and utilisation of calcium.
