Helmet GIRO AETHER SPHERICAL MIPS Reflective

The GIRO AETHER SPHERICAL MIPS is a premium road cycling helmet that combines an open, airy design with low weight and advanced protection technology. Its reflective finish improves rider visibility and makes the helmet ideal for fast training rides, racing and long-distance road cycling.

Inside the helmet, a dual-density EPS liner helps manage a wide range of impact energies. Progressive Layering combines EPS materials with different characteristics to provide effective protection while maintaining a lightweight and highly ventilated structure.

GIRO’s proprietary MIPS Spherical technology is positioned between the two EPS layers rather than as a separate plastic liner against the rider’s head. During certain angled impacts, the layers can move relative to one another to help reduce rotational forces without restricting comfort or cooling airflow.

The six-piece polycarbonate Hardbody shell creates a sleek and durable outer structure. An AURA reinforcing arch adds structural support around the large ventilation openings and helps maintain helmet strength without unnecessary weight.

11 Wind Tunnel vents with deep internal channeling guide cooling air through the helmet and help exhaust warm air from the rear. This provides effective ventilation during hot-weather riding and intense efforts.

The Roc Loc® 5+ Air fit system provides three-way adjustment for a precise, stable and comfortable fit. It suspends the helmet slightly above the head to improve airflow, while the lightweight 250-gram construction supports comfort during long rides.
