Glasses Rudy Project MAGNUS IMPACTX™ PHOTOCHROMIC 2LASER PURPLE, WHITE GLOSS
The Rudy Project Magnus glasses are designed to offer top-tier performance and comfort. They integrate an innovative PowerFlow ventilation system and are equipped with ImpactX photochromic (self-tinting) lenses. Thanks to their aerodynamic shape, these glasses are perfectly suited for both cyclists and triathletes.
IMPACTX Lenses
ImpactX® lenses are unbreakable due to their unique semi-rigid structure. They self-tint/lighten according to weather conditions, making them ideal for rapidly changing light environments. Originally developed from military and aviation needs, these lenses are ultra-lightweight, bulletproof, and transparent. This ensures significantly better protection and reliability compared to polycarbonate or polyamide lenses. The semi-rigid structure of ImpactX® lenses provides the best physical protection for your eyes against external impacts while minimizing the severity of injuries that could result from falls or blows.
Key features of ImpactX® photochromic lenses:
- Tint in seconds according to light intensity.
- Guaranteed lifetime unbreakable performance + best protection for your eyes against injuries.
- Excellent scratch resistance.
- Exceptional image quality, which improves visibility and reduces eye fatigue.
- Protect against harmful UV radiation.
Design and Comfort
Magnus glasses are lightweight (just 29g), durable, and adjustable to fit your face shape. They feature exceptionally comfortable and easily adjustable nose pads that are suitable for various face shapes. The nose pads also allow you to adjust the height of the lenses and their distance from your face. The frames have adjustable temples – simply apply light pressure to bend them to your desired direction. Special soft temple tips allow the glasses to be safely placed on a helmet without slipping or causing discomfort.
Furthermore, the glasses feature additional air vents at the top and bottom edges of the lens. These increase air circulation and ensure maximum aerodynamic effect without compromising visual clarity or causing fogging.
