The Shimano CUES FD-U4000-E front derailleur delivers comfortable, smooth and quiet shifting for 2x9 and 2x10-speed drivetrains. Optimized for mountain and trekking use, it supports 36–22T and 40–26T chainring combinations, providing a wide and practical gear range for steep climbs and fast gravel sections.

The Side-Swing mechanism reduces cable friction and improves shifting efficiency, ensuring light and precise operation. An adjustable chain line option – 48.8 mm (142 mm) or 51.8 mm (148 mm Boost) – guarantees compatibility with different frame standards and optimal chain alignment.

The FD-U4000-E is compatible exclusively with the LINKGLIDE system and HG 11-speed chains, offering increased durability and extended drivetrain life under demanding riding conditions. The result is stable and quiet power transfer both on trails and paved roads.
