The Shimano Deore XT SL-M8100-IR RAPIDFIRE PLUS shift lever delivers light, fast and highly responsive shifting to improve control and confidence on the trail. Compared to the SL-M8000-IR model, shifting effort is reduced by up to 35%, while access to the main lever is up to 20% faster, reducing fatigue and increasing efficiency during demanding rides.

With MULTI RELEASE, INSTANT RELEASE and 2-WAY RELEASE technologies, shifting is immediate and flexible – allowing multiple shifts in one stroke and release by either pushing or pulling the lever. The new I-SPEC EV mounting system offers extended adjustment range, including position and rotational adjustment, creating a clean cockpit and fully customizable ergonomics.
