The SR Suntour XCE 28 DS is a suspension fork for 26-inch casual mountain bikes, suitable for everyday riding, light forest paths, gravel roads and relaxed MTB use. Its 100 mm travel helps reduce impacts and vibration from uneven surfaces, giving the bike a more comfortable and controlled ride feel.

The fork uses coil spring suspension and includes preload adjustment, allowing the fork feel to be slightly tuned according to rider weight and preference. The simple and reliable spring construction makes it a practical choice for bikes where durability, comfort and everyday usability are important.

The DS version is designed for disc brake use only. The fork features a Postmount brake mount for direct 160 mm rotor use and supports a maximum disc rotor diameter of 180 mm. This suspension fork is not compatible with V-brakes.

The fork has a 1-1/8" diameter Ahead threadless steel steerer tube with a length of 255 mm. The 9x100 mm dropout axle standard fits a conventional quick-release front wheel. Before installation, steerer length and diameter, brake type, wheel size and axle compatibility should be checked carefully.

The 28 mm steel stanchions feature a chrome-plated surface treatment, the crown is made from AC4C aluminium and the lowers are aluminium. The construction is designed for simple and durable use on a 26-inch mountain bike, where smoother rolling and dependable everyday performance are the main priorities.
