Kick Wax REX UNIVERSAL TAR -1…-25°C 45g

Rex Universal Tar is a wide-range kick wax for skiers who prefer simplicity. The right amount of tar gives this wax an exceptionally broad temperature range. Despite its universality, it performs like a pure racing wax in mild cold (-1…-8°C). On new or fresh artificial snow, it can also be used as a cover wax to reduce friction and increase glide speed.

Best suited for snow that has fallen in subzero temperatures and has not melted or refrozen — ideal for all hard wax conditions. Grip and glide can be adjusted by wax layer thickness: a thicker layer improves grip, a thinner one increases glide. Apply a thinner layer on fresh, soft snow, and a thicker one on old or hard snow. For best results, apply multiple thin layers and cork between each. Not suitable for wet, coarse, or icy snow — use klister instead, such as Rex Universal Klister (240).

Originally developed as a racing wax, it turned out to perform in almost all conditions — earning its name “Universal.” Simple, effective, and fast!
