The Shimano S-PHYRE SH-RC903 road cycling shoes are the flagship model in Shimano’s road footwear range, developed for uncompromising racing, maximum power transfer and an exceptionally precise fit. Their lightweight construction, highly rigid carbon sole and wraparound upper provide professional-level stability during sprinting, hard accelerations and high-cadence riding.

The lightweight and breathable microfibre leather upper adapts closely to the shape of the foot and provides lasting comfort during long and intensive rides. The 360° surround-wrapping one-piece construction distributes pressure evenly, reduces uncomfortable hotspots and keeps the foot securely supported. Reinforced and flexible mesh panels at the forefoot improve adaptability and ventilation.

Two low-profile BOA Li2 dials allow fast and highly precise fit adjustment. Micrometric tightening and release make it possible to fine-tune pressure across the instep and forefoot according to the rider’s preference. The sleek crossover closure pattern secures the front of the foot without creating excessive pressure.

The premium external heel cup uses anti-twist stabilisation to hold the heel in an optimal position during intense pedalling. This improves control and limits unwanted foot movement during explosive sprints, powerful accelerations and high-cadence efforts.

The integrated seamless midsole and upper construction reduces weight while improving stiffness and stability. A highly torsion-resistant carbon outsole transfers pedalling power directly to the pedals and helps minimise energy loss. A small replaceable heel pad adds grip and protects the outsole when walking.

The Shimano DYNALAST is designed to create a smooth, natural and energy-efficient pedalling motion. Its low-profile midsole, rounded heel and optimised toe-spring angle help reduce energy loss through the upper part of the pedal stroke while supporting efficient power delivery.

The removable footbed can be replaced with a personal insole, while included arch pads allow the internal support to be adjusted for different foot shapes. Strategically positioned ventilation openings allow excess heat to escape, improving comfort during hot-weather racing and demanding training sessions.
