Northwave VORTEX 2 is a practical and easy-to-carry cycling vest designed to provide extra protection against wind, cool air and light moisture. It is well suited for changeable riding conditions, early morning or evening training sessions and situations where a full jacket would feel too warm, but an additional protective layer is still needed.

The fabric is windproof and water repellent, helping keep the core more comfortable in cool wind or light drizzle. The surface features a DWR water repellent treatment, which improves protection against moisture and helps water bead off the fabric while maintaining a lightweight, sporty feel.

The reversed full zip is equipped with a camlock puller, making it easy to use and adjust during a ride. The compact construction allows the vest to pack down easily, so it can be carried conveniently in a jersey pocket, bag or as part of your kit for longer rides.

Large reflective prints on the chest, sleeves and back improve visibility from multiple directions. This 360° visibility is especially useful in low light, cloudy weather or traffic. The relaxed fit offers comfortable, easy layering over a cycling jersey or thin mid-layer.
