The Shimano CUES BR-U8000 is a hydraulic 2-piston disc brake caliper for front or rear use with Post Mount design. Developed for MTB and e-bikes, it delivers reliable braking power and smooth modulation in all riding conditions.
The lightweight 2-piston construction balances power and control. Excellent braking modulation ensures precise braking force across the full lever stroke. The banjo-type hose connection and internal hose routing allow for easy installation and a clean cockpit setup.
Shimano’s one-way bleeding system makes maintenance quick and clean. Supplied with G05A-RX resin brake pads (without fins), the caliper provides quiet and consistent braking performance. The system operates with Shimano mineral oil and is compatible with I-Spec II for integrated shifter mounting.
