The GIRO HELIOS SPHERICAL MIPS is a high-performance cycling helmet designed for dedicated road cyclists, gravel enthusiasts and adventure riders. It combines GIRO’s refined design, lightweight construction, advanced protection and efficient ventilation to deliver lasting comfort on fast training rides, long-distance routes and mixed-surface adventures.

The helmet features Spherical Technology with two independent In-Mold liners arranged in a ball-and-socket design. During certain angled impacts, the liners can move independently to help reduce rotational forces transferred to the head. Nanobead™ EPS foam allows for a compact and lightweight construction while maintaining effective impact protection.

The In-Mold polycarbonate shell is permanently bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS liner. Full lower Hardbody coverage protects the lower edge of the helmet, increasing durability and providing a clean, refined finish.

15 Wind Tunnel™ vents with internal channeling direct cooling air through the helmet and help exhaust warm air from the rear. This efficient ventilation system helps keep the rider cooler during intense efforts and warm-weather rides.

The Roc Loc® 5 Air fit system allows precise adjustment for a secure and comfortable fit. It suspends the helmet slightly above the head, creating additional space for airflow and improving ventilation throughout the ride.

Ionic+™ anti-microbial padding helps control odour and keeps the interior feeling fresher during long and intensive rides. Reflective decals improve visibility in low-light conditions, adding a practical safety feature for early-morning and evening cycling.
