Cleats Shimano SPD SM-SH56
Shimano SM-SH56 SPD cleats are designed for riders who prefer easier and more forgiving pedal release. They feature a multi-directional release system, allowing the foot to disengage from the pedal not only by twisting the heel outward, but also inward or by pulling the foot upward.
This makes the SM-SH56 cleats particularly suitable for beginners or riders who want the convenience of the SPD system with easier exit from the pedals. Despite the easy release, they still provide a secure connection and reliable power transfer.
These cleats are widely used across cycling disciplines such as MTB, gravel, cyclocross, touring, and BMX. They are compatible with all Shimano SPD pedals except the PD-M858.
