Nutrend SALT CAPS is an electrolyte and vitamin food supplement designed for periods of increased physical activity and heavy sweating. The loss of fluids and minerals during exercise can affect wellbeing and normal muscle function, making adequate electrolyte intake particularly important during longer and more demanding training sessions.

SALT CAPS contains compounds of sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium together with B-group vitamins. Vitamins B1 and B5 support normal energy metabolism, while vitamin B5 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The convenient capsule format makes the product easy to use before exercise and, when required, during physical activity.

The recommended use is 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules approximately 40 minutes before training. During exercise, use as required. Before particularly demanding physical activity, the manufacturer recommends taking 5 capsules per day for two days. The maximum daily dose is 5 capsules. Swallow the capsules with water; alcoholic drinks and milk are not suitable for taking with the product.
