Shimano Deore XT SL-M8100-IR is a 12-speed right-hand RAPIDFIRE PLUS shift lever designed for fast, light and precise rear shifting on mountain bikes. Compared with the previous SL-M8000-IR generation, shifting operation force is reduced by 35% and access to the main lever is approximately 20% quicker.
The I-SPEC EV mounting system offers a wide range of position adjustment, allowing riders to achieve personalised ergonomics and a clean cockpit. MULTI RELEASE, INSTANT RELEASE and 2-WAY RELEASE functions provide quick and intuitive shifting in demanding trail conditions. This is an OEM version supplied without retail packaging.
