Northwave FAST POLAR SP Bib Tights are PRO-level winter cycling tights designed to provide effective protection from cold, wind, road spray, and light rain. Their SP Selective Protection construction shields the areas most exposed to the weather while maintaining excellent breathability and freedom of movement. They are recommended for temperatures from –5 to +10 °C.

The front panels are made from advanced POLARTEC® WIND PRO® fabric with a DWR water-repellent treatment. This construction helps protect the rider from wind, moisture, splashes, and light precipitation while preserving excellent stretch and breathability.

POLARTEC® WIND PRO® delivers effective wind resistance without using a laminated membrane. Thermal air pockets within the fabric retain body heat while allowing excess moisture and heat to escape, helping the rider remain warm and comfortable during intensive winter training.

The additional POLARTEC® HARDFACE® treatment increases abrasion resistance and protection from changing weather conditions. It improves durability without compromising the softness, elasticity, or breathability of the fabric.

The lower section of the bib tights is made from a soft, brushed, two-way stretch fabric. Its comfortable inner surface provides additional insulation and feels pleasant against the skin, making the tights suitable for both medium-distance training and longer winter rides.

The premium Northwave Explorer pad features different density zones to provide effective support and follow the rider's natural movements while pedalling. It is designed for medium and long-distance use, helping reduce pressure and absorb vibration while seated.
