Rear Hub SUNringle Bubba 28h 148x12 Microspline
The SUNringle Bubba rear hub is designed for aggressive mountain biking where fast engagement, durability and easy maintenance are essential. This new-generation hub features the innovative Clock’D technology, allowing riders to choose between two engagement settings depending on riding style and terrain.
The Clock’D system uses dual ratchet rings and a 6-pawl mechanism, allowing the hub to be configured for either 4° engagement for extremely fast response on technical trails or 8° engagement for heavy-duty riding such as downhill or e-bike use.
The hub shell is forged and CNC-machined from lightweight 6061 aluminum, providing an excellent balance between strength and weight. A strong 7075 aluminum axle increases stiffness and durability for demanding riding conditions.
The hub uses 6902 sealed cartridge bearings throughout the design to ensure smooth rolling and simple maintenance. Tool-free removal of the end caps, freehub body and axle makes servicing quick and easy.
The 148x12 mm Boost spacing increases wheel stiffness and stability, while the Shimano Microspline freehub supports modern 12-speed Shimano cassettes. With 28 spoke holes, the hub is suitable for building strong and lightweight wheels, and the 6-bolt disc mount ensures compatibility with most disc brake systems.
