The SUNringle Bubba X rear hub is an excellent choice for building a strong and reliable wheelset. Designed for aggressive mountain biking, it offers fast engagement, durable construction and easy serviceability for demanding trail conditions.

The hub uses innovative Clock’d technology, where the ratchet ring is secured inside the hub shell using keyed grooves instead of traditional threads. This design improves durability and eliminates the risk of stripped threads or a free-spinning hub shell, ensuring reliable performance under heavy pedaling loads.

With a fast 4° engagement, the hub responds quickly to pedal input, making it ideal for technical climbs, rock gardens and rapid accelerations. The 6 double-tooth pawls provide strong and reliable power transfer.

The hub shell is made from durable 6061 aluminum, while the axle and key drivetrain components use stronger 7075 aluminum for improved stiffness and durability. 6902 sealed cartridge bearings ensure smooth rotation and long service life, while the design allows tool-free removal of the endcaps, freehub and axle for easy maintenance.

The 148x12 mm Boost spacing increases wheel stiffness and stability. The SRAM XD freehub allows the use of wide-range cassettes, while the 32 spoke holes make it ideal for building strong and durable wheels. The 6-bolt rotor mount ensures compatibility with most disc brake systems.
