The Shimano GRX RD-RX400 is a 10-speed rear derailleur designed for gravel and mixed-terrain riding, featuring an integrated chain stabilizer mechanism. It delivers a quieter riding experience and improved shifting security and precision on rough surfaces.
The adjustable stabilizer reduces chain slap and prevents chain drops. A convenient ON/OFF switch allows you to engage or disengage the clutch depending on terrain – lower resistance on smooth roads and maximum stability on gravel or trails. Gravel-tuned clutch tension ensures smooth and reliable performance.
Equipped with SHIMANO SHADOW RD+ technology, the RD-RX400 is compatible with current 10-speed road DUAL CONTROL LEVER shifters. A wide 32–36T cassette range and 41T total capacity provide versatile gearing for mixed-surface riding.
