The Shimano Deore XT RD-M8150-SGS is an E-MTB optimized 12-speed Di2 rear derailleur that combines race-proven quality with Shimano’s advanced electronic drivetrain technologies. Full integration with SHIMANO STEPS e-bike systems and HYPERGLIDE+ drivetrains unlocks entirely new functionality.
The innovative FREE SHIFT function allows you to select the optimal gear even without pedaling – ideal before entering corners or tackling terrain changes. HYPERGLIDE+ ensures fast and seamless shifting performance, even under the heavier loads of e-bikes.
The low-profile SHIMANO SHADOW RD+ design delivers stable and uninterrupted shifting on rough terrain. Power is supplied directly from the STEPS main battery, with connection via the EW-SD300 E-TUBE cable. Customization and diagnostics are available through E-TUBE PROJECT software.
