The Shimano CUES FD-U6000-E Side-Swing (E-Type) front derailleur is engineered to deliver smooth and quiet shifting on both trails and paved roads. It is compatible with 2x10 and 2x11-speed drivetrains and supports 36–22T and 40–26T chainring combinations optimized for mountain bikes.
Side-Swing technology reduces cable friction and improves shifting efficiency, ensuring precise and light operation. Chain line options of 48.8 mm (142 mm) and 51.8 mm (148 mm Boost) provide compatibility with various frame standards and optimal chain alignment.
The FD-U6000-E is compatible exclusively with the LINKGLIDE system (also HG 11-speed chain compatible), offering increased durability and extended drivetrain life under demanding conditions. The E-Type design ensures secure and stable mounting on compatible frames.
