The Northwave ESSENCE EVO is a PERFORMANCE-level unisex cycling jersey that combines a close fit, excellent stretch, a soft feel and lightweight construction. Its body-contouring cut is suitable for intensive training and long road rides, providing lasting comfort and unrestricted freedom of movement.

The front and back panels are made from 170 g/m² fabric containing 88% nylon and 12% spandex. The sleeves and rear pockets use a lighter and more elastic 160 g/m² material made from 74% nylon and 26% spandex. This carefully selected fabric combination delivers durability, softness and excellent flexibility.

The dyed fabric provides UPF 50+ protection, helping shield the rider from strong sunlight. Reflective heat-transfer applications improve visibility in low-light and changing riding conditions.

Laser-cut sleeve edges feature silicone prints on the inside to keep the sleeves securely in place without excessive pressure. The rear pocket openings are reinforced with bar tacks, improving durability in areas exposed to frequent stretching and load.

Tone-on-tone binding around the lower hem creates a clean and refined finish. The ergonomic low-profile collar reduces pressure around the neck and improves comfort during longer rides. A YKK zipper with a CamLock puller allows precise ventilation adjustment and remains securely in the selected position.
