Sponser Salt Capsules provide a concentrated electrolyte blend for long endurance training, multi-day competitions and exercise in hot conditions. They help replace sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and zinc lost through sweating.

Two capsules provide 400 mg of sodium, approximately equivalent to the amount found in 750–1000 ml of sports drink. The capsules can be taken conveniently with water or added to a carbohydrate drink.

The recommended intake is two capsules per hour with sufficient fluid. The maximum daily intake is six capsules. One container includes 120 capsules, providing 60 servings.
