The ICE TECHNOLOGIES design significantly reduces heat build-up in the braking system, maintaining consistent braking power even on long and steep descents. The three-layer stainless steel / aluminum / stainless steel sandwich construction improves cooling efficiency, extends service life, and reduces brake noise.

The SHIMANO CENTER LOCK mounting system enables quick and easy installation thanks to the spline mount and lockring design. The 140 mm and 160 mm sizes are ideal for road and gravel use, while larger diameters are suited for demanding MTB riding.
