The SR Suntour XCE 28 is a simple and dependable suspension fork for 26-inch mountain bikes, well suited for everyday riding, light trails and casual MTB use. This fork is designed specifically for V-brakes or cantilever brakes and is not intended for disc brake setups.

The 100 mm travel helps reduce impacts and vibration on uneven surfaces, giving a more comfortable ride on gravel paths, urban edges, forest roads and lighter off-road terrain. The suspension uses a coil spring and includes a preload adjuster, allowing the fork feel to be slightly tuned to the rider’s preference.

The fork has a 1-1/8" diameter threaded steel steerer tube with a length of 210 mm. It is suitable for bikes using a threaded Ahead-type headset and compatible cockpit setup. Before installation, the existing fork’s steerer length, steerer diameter, brake type and front wheel fixing standard should be checked carefully.

The 28 mm steel stanchions feature a chrome-plated surface treatment, while the aluminium lowers help keep the construction practical and durable. The 9x100 mm dropout axle standard fits a conventional quick-release front wheel.
