Caffeine ampoule with high caffeine content (200 mg/ampoule). Suitable for all sports that require high concentration and coordination.

Contains caffeine derived from guarana, mate, and green tea, combined with real and natural caffeine. This combination ensures both a fast and slow stimulating effect. Caffeine directly affects the central nervous system, increasing adrenaline release. It has a stimulating effect that enhances mental efficiency. In addition to caffeine, the active ingredients are green tea (polyphenol) active compounds, which enhance energy production from fat stores. Taurine, inositol, and B vitamins support the stimulating effect of caffeine.

Effect and Action: The effect of caffeine becomes apparent 15-30 minutes after intake. The effect diminishes after approximately 3 hours. Caffeine use is effective in technical and strength disciplines, as well as endurance sports, due to the following properties:

• Stimulates the central nervous system and increases concentration and coordination abilities.
• Increases fat metabolism, which is important in long-duration competitive disciplines.
• Facilitates calcium release in muscle cells, which in turn improves muscle contraction ability. This effect increases muscle power and performance in short, high-intensity efforts.

Usage: Take 1 ampoule approximately 30-60 minutes before physical activity. During prolonged performance, take a second ampoule after the 3rd hour. For optimal effect, it is advisable to refrain from consuming caffeine-containing products for about 5 days before using Activator.

For dosing by body weight, the following table can be used:

• 50 kg - 3/4 - 1 ampoule
• 60 kg - 1 ampoule
• 70-80 kg - 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 ampoules
• 90 kg - 1 1/2 ampoules
• 100 kg - 1 1/2 - 2 ampoules

Important Information: Activator is not recommended for pregnant women, children, and individuals sensitive to caffeine. Caffeine should not be used simultaneously with creatine supplements, as it may limit the effects of creatine.
